Dear Sir or Madam, Please do not forget the unemployed when distributing state aid. I am talking about those who have lost their jobs now without benefits and also those who lost their jobs before the start of this crisis. I am also talking about those who are no longer eligible for cash benefits from the employment service and are therefore usually no longer officially registered as unemployed. They already have no income, they are struggling to pay their bills and to support their families and care for their relatives. This marginalised group of people seems to be completely forgotten, ignored and in need of help in these difficult times. They have no income. Employment has stopped, companies are not looking for new workers. There is also a trend towards non-renewal of fixed-term contracts. All these people are becoming unemployed, without help and without income. In the first part of the package, the aid will be primarily aimed at mitigating the direct effects on the economy. The second part now confirms assistance to other groups of people, e.g. assistance to families, pensioners, students, farmers, etc., so that they can afford the essentials. There is no mention of people who find themselves on the street without benefits, or who have been out of work for a long time and want to work, but who cannot get a job and will not be able to do so for several months, it seems. It would be fair for the state to remember these people too and to take proper care of them. It should also offer them appropriate help, even if it is in the form of a one-off allowance. Thank you.
