Since most dog owners are completely indifferent when it comes to cleaning up after their dogs, I propose to the government that an environmental tax be introduced for all dog owners, which is then collected by the municipality to clean up the environment (lawns, parks, etc.).

Sometimes I have the feeling that there are more dogs in Slovenia than citizens.
